trimming doesnt make ur hair grow faster. what it does it chop off the dead, split ends that are climbing up ur hair shaft, breaking it off. i notice much better growing results when my hair is regularly trimmed.If you get a trim, will it speed up hair growth?

yes! trimming your hair at least once a month encourages your hair to grow. keeps it healthy. it eliminates split ends from riding upward towards the hair shaft which leads to breakage. include good conditioning, protein and healthy oils in your diet. vitamins are also a plus. and trim your ends regularly!!!
Getting your hair trimmed cant make your hair grow any faster. It just helps your hair grow out more healthy since you are cutting away the bad ends.
