Nothing speeds up hair growth because how quickly (or not) your hair grows and long it grows depends on your genetics. Now you can obtain optimal growth by using natural essential oils like lavender; massage your scalp with it for about 15 minutes every night before going to bed and it will help promote hair growth (don't confuse *promote* with making it grow longer or faster).
