hey im a haordresser of 4 years. The best way to let your hair grow, is a line called Nioxin. They make anything fom shampoos and conditioners to Scalp Therapies. The vitamins they make work really well too, i have used them. Also go to your local health food store and get Biotin, thats whats opes hair follicles and helps grow faster. Stay away from prenatal unless you are pregnant.
I've heard about shampoo/conditioners that enhance hair growth. Prenatal pills are supposedly a way to make your hair grow too.
