I've been taking EPA/DHA Omega-3 fish oil pills twice a day for circulatory problems. Combined with B-Complex twice a day, these things are making my hair grow like mad. I get all my vitamins at Vitamin Shoppe.Does Fish Oil eiyh Omega-3 fatty acids speed up hair growth?
