Is there anyways to speed up hair growth?

Okay, so I wanted to trim my hair about a centimeter above my shoulders. The hair dresser told me to trust her, and now my hair is about 1.5 inches short. I know it will take long for my hair to grow back, but is there anyway to make it grow at least a bit quicker?Is there anyways to speed up hair growth?

i've hear that vitamins make your hair grow faster, but im too lazy to try it lol. but take care of your hair; don't straighten everyday, don't dye it often. (just stay away from doing these to keep it healthier.)

You should get your hair cut on a regular basis, but only get 'eyelash' length amounts cut off.

I tried taking sea kelp tablets to speed up the growth of my hair as they contain iodine which is meant to speed up hair growth, and that kinda worked. And they're herbal tablets so you don't have to worry about stuffing too many drugs down you :)

eat healthy

and apply coconut oil for 3 hours twice a week , you will see a great results
