I bought silica and i was told it would speed my hair growth. I was wondering are there any other ways? Im aiming for length :)Is there ways to speed up hair growth?!?
your hair will only grow as long as your genes have programmed.
With that said, the best way to have long healthy hair is to trim regularly, moisturize and stay away from heating tools. Prenatal pills work well with hair but the iron can be disruptive in your body so be careful.
**To get your hair to grow, essentially you need more nutirents and minerals getting to your head. The most full proof way is to get more blood flow to your scalp. Unless anyone has come up with a healthy way of doing this, vitamins and minerals are the best way to go. Anything that is put on the hair is not going to have an effect. Your hair is only so porous and will soak up only so much. The hair you see is years old. Its the core and roots that determine the length vs. (like i said before) how you treat the length that will determine breakages and overall strength.
Its not bullshit. Its 2 and a half years of Cosmetology School plus passing my test to move onto being a stylist. If you dont believe me, try googling it. Youll get all sorts of infomercial crap that elimiates your bank account and leaves you with greasy hair that is no longer than it was the day you paid for the ****.Is there ways to speed up hair growth?!?
Thats bullshit ; there has to be a way ; I know this very old Indian traditional oil called ; Amla [ dabur oil aka coconut oil ] , i heard it nourishes the hair an helps grow it faster. Or you can use umm .. i think its called Fructis?

It makes your hair grow soooo fast and it makes it shiny, soft, and thick
I seriusly love it it smells sooooo good and tingles your scalp you will get addicted to it!
I think the best way is to just let your hair grow by itself. If you put something in your hair to make it grow faster it could possibly damage your hair. I wouldn't take the risk.
