not at an exact science , but I take calcium +D EVEVRYDAY 500 2x a day , my hair is growing and my nails :) Of course I'm old that's the reason I take it , but heyyyyyyyyyyy it may work for u too :)Mm, know any tricks to speed up hair growth!.. that actually work.?

There are many things that claim to make your hair grow, how ever I don't think that any of them actually make your hair grow longer. One trick that I do know of is to braid your hair very tightly before you go to bed. The strain on the hair follicle will trigger the hair to grow to relieve the strain.
Keep it tied back: this will at least stretch it half a cm or so
