i heard of things like wear pony tails and braid tightly at night and horse tail herbs and stuff but really what have you used and how much of effect have you see? thank you so much best answer promise 10Natural ways to speed up hair growth (looking for experience from you)?
Tight braids and ponytails do not make your hair grow faster - the only thing it will do is cause hairs to break or pull out. You can't really ';make'; your hair grow faster, but you can maximize your growth potential. Make sure to get your daily intake of vitamins, and stay hydrated. If your body is healthy, your hair will be too. If you can, avoid blowdrying and flat-ironing, as these damage your hair, which means you'll need more trimmed off to get rid of damage. Get exercise daily - not only is it good for you in general, but some say that your hair grows faster with increased circulation (this is why hair and nails grow faster in the summer, when it's hot out circulation increases). Also, get trims regularly - it seems counterproductive, but you need to get rid of split ends before they get worse, otherwise they split upwards and either you will need a lot more trimmed off, or you'll have long hair that doesn't look good. By getting a trim every 8 weeks or so, you can keep split ends at bay.Natural ways to speed up hair growth (looking for experience from you)?
well i think maybe braiding your hair tightly will speed up your hair growth. just think about it. if you put your hair in a braid tightly, it will pull your hair and grow it out a little bit more than regular. maybe if you put you hair in a tight braid once a night or once every other night, your hair growth might speed up. well...hope i helped and good luck!
i actually take tons of vitamins and one is Image HNS vitamins.. for hair, nails and skin and i noticed my hair and nails have definitely grown faster than usual.
only thing is that the vitamins i take are distributor sold only. ..
