Buy a shampoo and conditioner with biotin in it and make sure the shampoo does not have sodium laureth sulfate as an ingredient (No need to waste your money on nisim which also has biotin). You can try Jason's Biotin Shampoo and conditioner. You can buy that at any natural health store or shoppers drugmart, Zellers etc. Also take biotin and silica supplements internally (preferably in liquid form). Buy fenugreek seeds, add it in a bowl with water and leave it for at least 12 hours until the seeds are softer. Then put it in a blender and cover your scalp with it. Leave it on as long as possible every night or day with a cap on. Don't worry about getting it on your hair, it's actually good for your hair too. I know that seems like a lot of work, but it works! I think If you really want your hair to grow then it's worth it. Try it.
