What is an easy inexpensive way to speed up hair growth?

Try taking vitamin E, it's for hair growth. Also keep it hydrated so there will be less breakage. Use good conditioners and deep conditioners. Also find a good comb to comb through when wet and a good brush when you hair is dry, that way nothing pulls on your hair and cause you to lose any. What is an easy inexpensive way to speed up hair growth?
Trim every 6-8 weeks. (3-4 is too often and it will remain the same length - because it will grow Xcm and then you will cut off Xcm). Also increase your protein intake and take biotin supplements. Don't wash your hair more than every 2 days (for example monday, wednesday, friday), leave it 3 if you can. But don't leave it more than 3 days because otherwise sebum secreted from the scalp may block the hair follicles and stunt hair growth. Drink lots of water and exercise too because this gets the circulation going and when everything is working quickly and efficiently in the body there will be a greater turnover of cells and basically ';hair will come out of your head'; quicker (lol..). You can also get a head massage (indian head massage for example) if you can afford to just do this randomly because massage also stimulates the scalp and may make your hair grow faster. Alternatively, when you wash your hair, give yourself a head massage.. after putting on the shampoo and creating a lather of foam put your head forward so your hair hangs down (maybe sit on the edge of the bath while doing this so you spend time on it) and massage the shampoo into your scalp with your fingertips and nails.. do this for around 5 mins or so. Don't blow dry your hair or use straighteners or curling irons if you can help it because these damage your hair. Try and let it dry naturally. When you apply conditioner, put lots of it on the ends of the hair and then leave it on for about 5 mins before washing off and do a hair mask (deep conditioner) weekly wrapping your hair in a hot towel to increase the effects. Use an oily serum (frizz ease make a cheap one, in a small bottle/tube with a squirty top) on the ends after you have towel dried, if it is dry or frizzy at all. What is an easy inexpensive way to speed up hair growth?
Trim it slightly, every 3-4 weeks.

Trust me, it works....and makes your hair a lot healthier too.

You only have to take off a few millimetres.
An old fashioned remedy for promoting hair growth is to increase the circulation of your scalp http://womenshomeremedies.com/hair-care/helping-to-improve-growth-and-luxuriance-of-hair.
