Last year my hair broke out on the ends. My mama told me that it was because i used the flat iron too much. So do you know any good hair products that can help get my hair back bouncy %26amp;%26amp; full? Thanx

I suggest you cut your ends, and try not to use any type of heat in your hair. If you have afro-american hair, you should stop relaxing... on the real. Try deep conditioning and doing hot oil treatments like once a month or when you usually relax it. In the long run your hair will be healthier and alot better looking then when you relaxed it/occasionally. I use shea butter oil moisturizer for my ends, it's good. And ummm... Massaging your scalp is proven to help hair growth.

First you need to stop ironing, blowdrying or using any heat on it bcuz that breaks your hair. Then start alternative styling that doesnt need heat like braids... and plenty of conditioning and shampoo... oh and dont let your hair dry or it wont grow. good luck girl!
