i already have a healthy diet, take good car of my hair, get hair cuts about every 8 weeks, drink lots of water, etc. im good with that but i only want to know which kind of vitamin helps with this since i was skimming the vitamin bottle section at luckys yesterday. a,b,c,what? folic acid is good right? i take a multi vitamin too.

vitamin e is supposed to. I wouldn't count on it making that much of a difference. I think what it really does is keeps your hair healthier so that it doesn't break. This is great if you're trying to grow it out though!Which vitamin helps speed up hair growth?
