heeeeeelppppp!!!

i'm 15 in high school and i need sumthin.. a miracle 4 my hairA good hair growth product 4 african american hair?
Ok, I'm assuming your hair is short. You need to deep condition your hair atleast once a week. Wash your hair at the most 2 times a week. And lay off the heat styling. No flat irons and no curling irons. If you get relaxers, just wash and air dry your hair for a while to give your hair a rest. Srunch it while it dries to get loose ringlets. It'll be cute! Also take biotin pills and a multivitamin daily, Drink 10 glasses of water a day and try to exercise 30 mins a day. Also eat healthy (lots of protein). Hope this helps some!A good hair growth product 4 african american hair?

Well I heard that Wild Growth is really really really good for hair growth. The website is www.wildgrowth.com. You can buy the product at sallys beauty supply to. Its under 10 bucks. The smell isn't that great but the product works. You can also try Dr. Miracle products. Specifically made for african american hair. Good Luck - oh and be sure to massage your scalp or comb your hair and scalp daily - this keeps the blood flowing in your scalp and awakens your hair follicles
Hair vitamins for faster hair growth- Does it really work? Well the truth is that hair vitamins can definitely make your hair grow faster and longer. However, if your breakage is keeping up with your growth, then you will not get the full benefit from your hair vitamins. As a matter of fact, you may not even see a difference.
I'm not African American, but I think that Mane 'N' Tail shampoo and conditioner is for anyone's hair growth. It's suposed to make it longer and thicker no matter what kind of hair it is...I'm not sure though, it just popped in my head when I read this question lol, although I'm sorry if it was unhelpful
