nope. hair grows at a different pace for everyone. have you tried an eyebrow pencil or better yet, eyebrow tint??--it has a brush on it like mascara and it will color all of the fine little hairs on your brow that you can't even see but are there nonetheless. it really works well for me. find a color to match your natural brows...i bet you'll love it.
try biotin suplements. It will not make your hair grow overnight but it will help overtime. also make sure that you are getting all your vitamins and minerals. poor nutrition can slow hair growth
