Aww that sucks when hairdressers trim your bangs too short. I always worry about that when I get mine trimmed too. :(
Ok, so here's the absolute best way to grow your hair in a natural way...
1. Use Biotin. It's a pill that promotes cellular growth. It does wonders for not only growing your hair out, but it's great for your skin and nails. Your skin will have more of a glow to it, and your nails will grow faster and stronger. My hair grew about 2 inches in one month. It's pretty inexpensive in the stores. You can get about 100 tablets for $4.
2. When you wash your hair, make sure you really scrub your roots with your fingertips quite well. The more you stimulate your hair follicles, the faster they tend to grow.
3. Use a good shampoo and conditioner. I use Aussie shampoo and conditioner. I just bought it yesterday because I noticed that my scalp was getting oily from the shampoo I used to use. Aussie seriously is the best shampoo i've ever used. And it's one of the cheapest on the shelves. My hair feels so clean and soft and shiney. Def give it a try!

believe it or not, take some prenatal vitamins. I cut about 7 inches off my hair almost a month ago and it has already grown back 2 inches. .so this is about as natural as you are going to get. hope this helps
The only thing that I know that works if Nioxin. You get it at a salon. But it only works if you get the whole system. A stylist could tell you everything you needed to get. Unfortuately, your hair only grows about 1/2 inch a month. I feel for you, as a hairstylist, I always try to make sure my clients are happy.
