what is working good for me is tresseme anti breakage shampoo and cond. pantene beautiful lengths 2 in 1 and dove intense cond. i see results. i also take hair vits from gnc and horsetail. trim 2 inches every 3 mos. my niece does and hers grows like wild flowers. hope this helps

I once was told to try using HAIR and MANE shampoo and conditioner. Hopefully you are open minded because you will have to buy it somewhere that sells supplys for horses! Seriously, it really will work, and you hair will look healthy.
