Next week is my last dance class and I wanna shock people with some WEIRD hair. Any ideas for a weird style?. I might go for something like Penny from hairspray? any way to dye that would wash out in 1-5 washes? thanks! it's medium length, just, JUST past my shoulders, blond, Major cow lick with a deep part to the right?sort of wavy?Funky hair style ideas?
