I look in fashion magazines and also catalogs that sell high-end clothes. I ignore the clothes and look at the hair styles. It's a better way of seeing what the new styles will be, than looking in hair magazines. Then I take the ones I like best to my hair dresser, who knows if the style will work with the texture of my hair.
you can always roller set it using large or jumbo sized rollers to make it more wavy
